Returns

You have 7 days from delivery to return an item that is not as described, damaged, or faulty.

How to request a return

• Go to My account → Orders or call/WhatsApp 01784 977518 with your order number
• Tell us what is wrong; a photo helps
• We arrange courier pickup
• Refund within 3 working days of receiving the item

What can’t be returned

Items that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery, unless they were faulty on arrival.
