Common questions.

Do I pay two delivery charges if I order several items?

No. Everything travels as one parcel and you pay one charge for the order: 60 TK inside Dhaka, 120 TK outside.

What if the parcel is wrong or damaged?

Open it while the courier waits. If anything is wrong or damaged, hand it back and pay nothing. We take it from there.

How do I return an item, and who refunds me?

Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. The courier collects it and Home Mate refunds you within 3 working days.

Can I cancel after placing an order?

Yes, free of charge until we pack it, usually within 24 hours. Send your order number on WhatsApp.

Do you deliver outside Dhaka?

Yes, cash on delivery to all 64 districts. District towns take 2 to 4 days, remote upazilas up to 6.
