If you can open the parcel with the courier waiting and hand it back, then every claim we make on a product page is one you can test before a taka changes hands. That is why the price box on every product says it, and why the courier is told to wait.
What it costs us
Returned parcels, mostly. About one in forty in the first month. We would rather pay for those than for a customer who keeps something that was not as described.
